Law Clerk
Alejandro is a dedicated Law Clerk at Redemption Law, where he plays a crucial role in assisting attorneys with case preparation and legal research. As a third-year law student and competitive trial team member, Alejandro has a strong foundation in trial advocacy, legal research, legal analysis, and courtroom strategy. His passion for litigation and keen attention to detail ensure that every case is thoroughly prepared.
Role at Redemption Law
As a Law Clerk, Alejandro plays a key role in supporting the firm’s litigation efforts by preparing critical legal documents and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process. His responsibilities include:
- Drafting and reviewing litigation documents, including complaints, discovery requests, and motions
- Conducting legal research to support case strategy and argument development
- Assisting attorneys with case preparation for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings
- Organizing case files, exhibits, and discovery materials
Background & Experience
Alejandro’s passion for the law began in high school when he competed in mock trial and was named Best Student Attorney in the 2020 Miami-Dade County Public Schools Mock Trial Competition. This early success solidified his interest in advocacy and litigation.
He went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida International University (FIU), where he developed strong analytical and persuasive communication skills. In 2022, he began law school at FIU and quickly immersed himself in moot court and trial team competitions, further refining his advocacy skills in both appellate and trial advocacy.
Alejandro is currently on track to graduate with his Juris Doctor (J.D.) in May 2025 and plans to sit for the bar exam in July 2025.

Fun Facts About Alejandro
Outside of work, Alejandro is a passionate Miami sports fan. He also works as a sports broadcaster, appearing as an announcer on networks such as ESPN+. When he’s not in the courtroom or the broadcast booth, he enjoys country music and fishing, making the most of Florida’s great outdoors.
