Alejandro is a dedicated Associate Attorney at Redemption Law, where he supports the firm’s litigation team in personal injury matters from pre-suit through active litigation. He assists with building strong case strategy and ensuring each file is thoroughly prepared through well-crafted pleadings, targeted discovery, and effective motion practice. Known for his attention to detail and advocacy-driven mindset, Alejandro helps position cases for successful resolution—whether through settlement or trial.

Role at Redemption Law

As an Associate Attorney, Alejandro plays an integral role in the firm’s litigation efforts. His responsibilities include:

  • Drafting and preparing court filings, including complaints, discovery, and motions

  • Managing and analyzing written discovery (requests, responses, supplements, and related motion practice when needed)

  • Conducting legal research and legal analysis to support litigation strategy and argument development

  • Preparing for and handling depositions, including organizing exhibits, developing outlines, and coordinating deposition strategy with the litigation team

  • Assisting with case preparation for hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings, including organizing key evidence and litigation materials

Background & Experience

Alejandro’s passion for advocacy began in high school when he competed in mock trial and was named Best Student Attorney in the 2020 Miami-Dade County Public Schools Mock Trial Competition. That early experience solidified his interest in litigation and courtroom strategy.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Florida International University (FIU), where he developed a strong foundation in persuasive writing and analytical communication—skills he brings to every case. He went on to attend FIU College of Law, where he immersed himself in trial advocacy and competitive team experience, further sharpening his approach to litigation, preparation, and client-focused representation.

Outside of work, Alejandro is a passionate Miami sports fan. He also works as a sports broadcaster, appearing as an announcer on networks such as ESPN+. When he’s not in the courtroom or the broadcast booth, he enjoys country music and fishing, making the most of Florida’s great outdoors.
