• Greets and assist clients, ensuring they feel supported.
• Answer general questions about the firm’s services and direct legal inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Manages inbound calls, emails, and messages, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining digital case files, as well as data entry, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Process and upload client documents securely to case management systems.
• Provide status updates to clients on their case progress when needed, as directed by the legal
  team.
