As a Case Manager Assistant, Krystell is responsible for:

Assisting case managers in gathering documentation and preparing files for legal
review.
Organizing case materials and supporting the legal team in moving cases forward efficiently.
Krystell’s warm personality, strong communication skills, and commitment to excellence help create a smooth and reassuring experience for every client.

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology – Florida International University
