Maryann is a dedicated Records Retrieval Specialist at Redemption Law, where she is consistently recognized for her dependability, attention to detail, and outstanding organizational and analytical skills. Maryann is a motivated self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment. Role at Redemption Law:

As a Records Retrieval Specialist, Maryann is responsible for:

• Obtaining medical records and bills from medical providers.
• Working with third-party billing systems, such as Chartswap, Smart request, CIOX, etc.
• Assisting with the preparation of demand packages with attached exhibits.
• Working extensively in detailing the processes of the case through the use of our case platform, such as adding new providers, adding costs from invoices, and noting all transactions that take place within the case.

Background and Experience:

23 years of experience as a bankruptcy paralegal and a personal injury negotiator.
7 years of experience as a Unix system Support Specialist/Trainer.

Technical Certifications:

DOS Operating System: University of Delaware.
Introduction to Unix: University of Delaware.
Fundamentals of Unix System language: Hewlett Packard Chester Brook, PA
Logical Volumes I & II: Hewlett Packard Chester Brook, PA.

Outside of work, I enjoy my faith, family and friends, foremost. I have traveled extensively throughout my lifetime, but my real passion is riding horses or just taking care of them.
