Yanet is an experienced Litigation Paralegal at Redemption Law, where she plays an essential role in assisting clients through the Litigation process. With a strong background in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law, legal research, preparation of legal documents and pleadings, case management, Mediation, discovery, and trial preparation, Yanet ensures that our clients receive the legal support they need when their case arrives at our Litigation department.
Role at Redemption Law
As a Litigation Paralegal, Yanet is responsible for:
Assisting attorneys with case preparation, drafting legal documentation, Litigation, preparing trial documents, setting hearings and mediations, responding to discovery, calendaring trial deadlines, and client deposition preparation.
Yanet’s vast experience in the legal field allows her to bring professionalism, accountability, and expert handling of clients’ files.
