As a Claims Specialist, Vanessa is responsible for:

•  Opening and coordinating first-party and third-party insurance claims
• Communicating with insurance carriers to ensure timely claim setup and processing
• Gathering and verifying claim-related information to avoid delays
• Supporting the legal team by ensuring all claims are properly documented and tracked
